Tom Loverde

Tom Loverde is a seasoned professional in the reinsurance industry with extensive experience spanning several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Traditional Casualty Leader at TransRe since May 2006, Tom has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing treaty reinsurance for various insurance entities, driving consistent growth and profitability. Earlier roles at TransRe include leading account management and direct treaty portfolios. Prior to TransRe, Tom held key positions at GE Employers Reinsurance, Swiss Re, Kemper, and Hartford Insurance Co, focusing on property and casualty treaty accounts. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
