Yun Mao

Yun (Aviva) Mao is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Accounting and Vice President at TransRe, a position held since November 2015. With a progressive career at TransRe, Yun has also held titles such as Assistant Vice President, Director of Corporate and Investment Accounting, Manager of Corporate and Investment Accounting, and Senior Accountant. Prior to this role, Yun worked at KPMG US as a Senior Audit Associate focusing on the insurance sector as well as banking and capital markets. Experience at Ernst & Young includes serving as a Senior Auditor and conducting both IFRS and US statutory audits for a global insurance group and providing internal control and audit services to a leading insurance brokerage. Earlier positions also include an Assistant Manager role at AXA and an Audit Associate role at Ernst & Young where Yun conducted financial audits for significant IPOs. Yun is currently pursuing an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
