Natsuko Kikawa

Natsuko Kikawa currently serves as the Representative Director and Head of Commercial and Business Development for Transreport in Japan, and as an Advisor for Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. Natsuko has extensive experience in the startup ecosystem, holding roles such as Startupbootcamp Afritech Japan-Africa Liaison and Program Director for Startupbootcamp Scale Osaka since 2020, and previously serving as Program Director at Rainmaking from October 2021 to May 2023. Natsuko worked as a Venture Capitalist at SBI Investment from March 2020 to August 2021, leading early-stage investments primarily in Africa, with notable portfolio companies like Kuda Bank and Apollo Agriculture. Prior to that, Natsuko was a Senior Associate at PwC, focusing on emerging market business development across Asia and Africa. Natsuko holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Keio University.
