Justin Rhorer

Justin Rhorer is currently the Manager of Maintenance at Transtar LLC. Before this role, Justin held various positions in the railway industry, including Superintendent of Maintenance of Way at Gary Railway Company and UNION RAILROAD, and Manager of Maintance of Way at Delray Connecting Railroad Company. Prior to their railway career, Justin also worked at CSX and Granite Construction in roles such as Roadmaster, Quality Control Technician, and Management Trainee. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Columbia Southern University.
