Bruce Fallenstein

Bruce Fallenstein has extensive experience in operations management, having held roles such as General Manager and Plant Manager at TransTech Energy since January 2023. Prior to this, Bruce served as Plant Manager at Wolf Vinyl Fence from July 2020 to November 2022 and held several management positions at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. from June 2014 to December 2019, including Plant Manager. Bruce's leadership experience also includes tenure as Vice President and General Manager at Advanced Steel Technology, where responsibilities spanned from January 2005 to June 2014. Additional experience includes time as Plant Manager at Dowell Aggregate, Inc. from September 1998 to January 2005, and military service as a Field Artillery Canoneer in the United States Marine Corps from January 1989 to January 1997, participating in Operation Desert Storm. Bruce is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Western Governors University.
