Umesh Murthy

Umesh Murthy is an experienced civil engineer with a robust background in leadership and engineering management. Currently serving as President at Transtech Engineering Consultants, Inc. since June 2008, Umesh previously held the position of Vice President at Prime Engineering & Architecture, Inc. from October 2005 to March 2008. Prior to that, Umesh contributed to the Maryland Transportation Authority as Deputy Director of Engineering from January 1988 to October 2005. Umesh earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Karnatak Regional Engineering College. Educational foundations were built at SBRR Mahajana First Grade College, where Umesh completed pre-university studies, and at Demonstration Multipurpose School, resulting in the SSLC certification.
