Bharat Kandanoor is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in security, engineering, architecture, and artificial intelligence. As Vice President at TransUnion since July 2020, Bharat has been instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive security and AI strategy aligned with business objectives, leading large-scale engineering teams in cloud migration, application modernization, and DevSecOps. Previously, Bharat served as Head of Security Engineering and Architecture at BlueAlly, directing all security-related operations and strategy development. As Director of Software Engineering at Capital One, Bharat focused on software architecture and technology transformation initiatives. Early career experiences include roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, Secure IQ, BT - Counterpane, and various software development positions at Wonder Online India and others. Bharat holds a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University.
