With experience as a Business Operations Manager at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a consultant at TransUnion, Hai has developed expertise in healthcare, enterprise resource planning, systems integration, and data analytics. In their current role as a leader of sustainability initiatives at TransUnion, Hai combines a passion for technology and management strategies to foster innovative and equitable practices. Outside of work, Hai enjoys cooking, fitness, fermentation projects, and engaging in discussions about science fiction and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
