Jacob George

Jacob George is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the HR Head and Senior Director for TransUnion Global Capability Centers India since May 2019, Jacob is responsible for fostering an inclusive culture across the organization’s five major locations in India, overseeing various HR functions such as talent management, employee engagement, and associate relations for over 3,000 employees. Previously, Jacob held key HR leadership roles at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Citi, and Visteon Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR business partnership across diverse industries. Jacob's educational qualifications include an MBA from Anna University Chennai, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, and a Diversity Practitioners Certification from SDA Bocconi.
