Kevin Hughes has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. After that, Kevin was promoted to Senior VP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, overseeing the company's CFIUS compliance program and guiding the formation and business strategy of the government contracting business. Kevin'slast role at Neustar was as EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, where they advised on the company's $3.1 billion sale to TransUnion and implemented the formation of the security service business as a separate portfolio company.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in M&A, corporate governance, telecommunications, data processing and storage, and compliance.

Kevin Hughes attended Marist from 1986 to 1992, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
