Michael Schoen

Michael Schoen is the EVP & GM, Marketing Solutions - Neustar at TransUnion. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has held various leadership roles at companies such as IPG Mediabrands, LookSmart, and TransUnion.

Michael started their career at LookSmart in 2000 as the Director of Technology. In this role, they were responsible for leading the technology team and driving the product strategy. Michael was later promoted to Vice President, Product & Technology in 2003 and then to Vice President / General Manager, Advertising Platforms in 2008.

In 2010, they left LookSmart to join IPG Mediabrands as the EVP, Product. In this role, they were responsible for the product strategy, platform development, and ad technology partnerships that enable Mediabrands’ programmatic solutions across all addressable media. Michael expanded Cadreon offerings to include digital video, social, mobile, and linear TV. Michael also provided comprehensive audience segmentation, analytics, and media campaign optimization solutions.

In 2014, they joined TransUnion as the EVP & GM, Marketing Solutions - Neustar. In this role, they are responsible for driving TransUnion’s marketing solutions business and leading a team of marketing experts.

Michael Schoen has a type AB personality and has a degree in computer science from Harvard University. Michael also has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus in entrepreneurship, marketing, and data analysis & statistics.
