Quentin Spencer

Quentin Spencer is a seasoned expert in data science and signal processing with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor in Data Science at TransUnion since July 2013, Quentin has contributed to the development of the OneID identity solution and is involved in machine learning projects focused on credit card fraud prediction and synthetic identity creation. Prior to this role, Quentin was a Research Scientist at SAIC, working on radar signal processing and target detection algorithms, and held positions at Aclara Power-Line Systems Inc. and Inari, Inc. focused on communication systems. Quentin's educational background includes a PhD, MS, and BS in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
