Sam Sgro

Sam Sgro is a Chief Architect with a strong background in technical architecture and strategy, currently serving as SVP, Chief Architect, and Head of Consumer Engineering at LendingClub. Sam has held various leadership roles, including Head of Architecture at Clarivate Analytics and General Manager of Systems/Infrastructure at Unleashed Informatics, where they contributed to the successful acquisition by Thomson Scientific. Sam has also been a Board Member for TransUnion's Financial Services Technology Advisory, lending industry expertise to both established companies and disruptors. They earned an Hon. B.Sc in Molecular Plant Biology from the University of Toronto.
