Chris Jackson

Chris Jackson has extensive leadership experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the General Manager, Customer Experience & Operations (Chief Customer Officer) at Transurban since June 2016, overseeing customer services for over six million Linkt customers in Australia. Prior to this, Chris held multiple senior roles at IAG from 2004 to May 2016, including Group General Manager, Customer & Brand, where responsibilities encompassed customer segmentation, brand management, and a major transformation program. Earlier career roles include positions at Aviva, Yarra Valley Water, and various departments in the Australian government, with a foundational education in Journalism from RMIT University.
