Jessica Kim

Jessica Kim is a seasoned legal and finance professional currently serving as Senior Treasury Manager - Funding (Secondment) and Senior Legal Counsel - Finance/Corporate at Transurban since April 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Associate in Corporate - Debt Finance at Kirkland & Ellis from October 2018 to February 2022, and worked as a Lawyer in Banking and Infrastructure at Gilbert + Tobin from February 2016 to August 2018, where graduate rotations included Corporate Advisory. Earlier experience includes roles as a Summer Clerk/Paralegal and Law Clerk at Gilbert + Tobin and Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from UNSW and further studies at the University of Zurich following completion of secondary education at North Sydney Girls High School.
