Julie Carter

Julie Carter is a seasoned project manager and program manager with extensive experience in the field since 2001. Currently serving as the ITS QLD Program Manager at Transurban since August 2013, Julie has also held roles such as Business Analyst Team Manager and Project Manager/BA within the company. Previous experience includes project management roles at WEX Inc. and Transurban, where significant contributions included delivering a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) globally and implementing end-to-end solutions for PCI DSS. Before these positions, Julie worked as a Rollout Manager at IDP Education Pty Ltd, managing project plans and communication strategies, and as a Project Manager at the International Networking for Educational Transformation, overseeing marketing events, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. Julie's career began at the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust, managing multiple projects and budgets effectively.
