Kashan Iftikhar

Kashan Iftikhar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, currently serving as the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Manager at Transurban since September 2019. Prior roles include Senior Electrical & Mechanical Engineer and Asset Systems Engineer at Transurban, and previously, Asset Engineer at Ventia Pty Ltd from May 2017 to September 2019. Kashan's foundational experience was gained at the Pakistan Navy from September 1989 to January 2016, where responsibilities included senior management of electrical and automation systems and oversight of major ship refit projects. Kashan holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Karachi University.
