Laura Siliato

Laura Siliato has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Laura started their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Advisor at Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas and then moved on to work at Pacific Brands as a Human Resources Advisor. In 2010, they joined KPMG Australia as an Internal Recruitment Advisor. From 2011 to 2014, Laura worked as a Human Resources Team Leader at Darebin Community Health. After that, they served as a Human Resources (Temporary contract) at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Laura then joined CSL and held multiple roles including HR Operations Specialist, HR Operations Manager, and Manager of Global HR Operations Process Excellence. In 2019, Laura worked as an HR Business Project Lead at Visy. Laura then returned to CSL in 2020 in a managerial position. In 2021, they joined St Vincent's Health Australia as a P&C Program Manager and later became a Group People Process Optimisation Lead. Currently, Laura works at Transurban as a People & Culture Process Optimisation Lead.

Laura Siliato holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing from La Trobe University. In addition, they have obtained certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Acosixsigma in October 2020 and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Knowledge Academy in October 2019.
