Louis Paul Franks

Louis Paul Franks is an experienced professional in traffic and transport planning, currently serving as Manager - Traffic Optimisation at Transurban since July 2019. Previously, Louis held positions such as Lead Traffic and Transport Planner and Senior Traffic and Transport Planner at Transurban, as well as Senior Modeller and Transport Analyst at SMEC from October 2016 to July 2019. Louis's career includes roles at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, where responsibilities included Transport Modeller, Transport Planner, and Graduate Town Planner from February 2011 to October 2016.
