Michelle Figueroa

Michelle Figueroa, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Transurban since December 2021. With extensive experience in accounting management, Michelle previously held positions as Controller and Director of Accounting at Vision Group and as Senior Accounting Manager at Johnson Controls, where leadership included operational, M&A, risk management, treasury, and legal accounting support. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at Johnson Controls, Tropical Shipping, and Spherion, along with supervisory positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and an early career as an Audit Associate with PwC. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and completed Professional Graduate Certification Courses in Business Communications at Harvard University.
