Reshma Jagdale

Reshma Jagdale is an experienced professional in people and culture analytics, currently serving as the People and Culture Data and Governance Lead at Transurban since January 2022, having previously held the role of People and Culture Reporting and Analytics Lead there. Prior experience includes a Product Owner position at ANZ, and several analytics and consulting roles at Transurban, Telstra, Calvary Community Care, deliberatedge, and Eaton, where Reshma focused on workforce analytics, reporting, and strategic planning. Reshma began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at HSBC Global Technology India. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA) and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from All India Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering.
