Tim Hudson

Tim Hudson is an ITS Domain Specialist at Transurban since November 2021, focusing on innovation projects related to video analytics, computer vision, and AI. Previously, as a Graduate Intelligent Transport Systems Engineer at Transurban, Tim gained extensive experience through rotations in various sectors, notably contributing to a pioneering live-traffic autonomous truck trial on CityLink and supporting major road assets. Tim also holds experience as a Technology Graduate at AMP, where responsibilities included DevOps engineering and project management. A former Vacation Scholar at CSIRO's Data61, Tim worked on optimizing vehicle routing systems, and an intern at RFC Ambrian Limited, evaluating investment feasibility for emerging technologies. Tim's academic background includes a Combined Bachelor of Engineering Honours and Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics/Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
