Tom McKay

Tom McKay is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury, capital markets, and business consulting. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Treasury and Capital Markets at Transurban since September 2016, Tom has held significant roles at notable organizations including Oil Search Limited, McKay Advisory Services, and Leighton Holdings Limited, among others. Tom’s expertise encompasses project finance and advisory, having worked at leading financial institutions such as HSBC, Commonwealth Bank, and Deutsche Bank. Educationally, Tom holds a Master of Commerce focusing on taxation and company law from UNSW, along with a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics with honours from the University of Sydney.
