Tracey Lam is a seasoned risk professional currently serving as the Customer and Technology Risk and Compliance Lead at Transurban. With 17 years of experience in financial services and 11 years in corporate governance, they have successfully provided risk management, compliance advice, and secretariat services in various roles, including Company Secretary for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Tracey is a Certified Practising Accountant and has demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills while upholding values of honesty, transparency, reliability, and integrity throughout their career.
