Wray Radford has extensive experience in the rubber and hose products industry. Wray served as the Managing Director at Truco KZN, where they specialized in marine, mining, and industrial rubber and hose products. Wray was responsible for the development and implementation of safe berthing and mooring products. Prior to that, Radford worked at Maxiprest Tyres, starting as a Sales Manager before being promoted to Divisional Manager.
Wray Radford attended Kearsney College from 1985 to 1989, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. In 1990, they enrolled at Natal Technicon and completed their studies in 1993. During their time at Natal Technicon, Wray Radford obtained a National Higher Diploma in Human Resources, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and Labour Law. In 2001, they attended Damelin and received a degree in Financial Management.
