Nicolas Poulain

Nicolas Poulain has worked in varying roles at Transvalor Americas Corp and Transvalor S.A. Nicolas started as a Presales Engineer at Transvalor S.A in 2005 and later became a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Nicolas joined Transvalor Americas in 2011 as a Customer Success Manager and worked in that role until 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Sr Account Manager at Transvalor Americas. In 2021, they became the Director of Sales and Technology at the same company before being promoted to the Chief Executive Officer position in 2023. Nicolas is a key C-level leader who focuses on motivating their team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Nicolas Poulain holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Université de Tours, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Nicolas later pursued a Master's degree in Materials from Polytech Montpellier, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Poulain went on to obtain a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from the University of Phoenix between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in The Executive Finance Program in May 2023 from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, and in Digital Transformation Playbook: Leverage Technology to Innovate Your Business in April 2023 from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
