Shari Shahidi

Shari Shahidi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shari started their career in 2001 at Ericsson as a System Administrator and later worked as a UI Developer. In 2008, they joined Syncron Japan, where they served as a Solutions Consultant, focusing on planning, analyzing, and implementing Supply Chain Management and ERP integration solutions for manufacturers in industries such as heavy construction equipment, automotive, and electronics.

In 2011, Shari moved to NeoGrid North America as a Senior Solutions Consultant, providing pre-sales support and conducting analysis for customer requirements. Shari later became a Product Manager, responsible for innovation, design, and development of end-to-end Supply Chain and System Integration products/solutions. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Director, overseeing product management, project delivery, and sales efforts. Shari established a strategy and roadmap for BI and Supply Chain Management solutions in verticals like Pharma/OTC, CPG, Fashion, and Consumer Electronics.

In 2015, Shari joined OpenText as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for the Supply Chain and SaaS product portfolio. Shari focused on product strategy, maintaining the P&L for the portfolio, and aligning solutions with corporate strategy.

Shari's most recent role was at TransVoyant, where they worked from 2016 until the present. Shari started as a Director of Product Management & Solutions Delivery, leading cross-functional teams in product management, solutions delivery, and pre-sales. In this role, they developed product roadmaps, implemented market-aligned solutions, and managed key customer projects. Shari was later promoted to Vice President, Product & Engineering, responsible for leading product and solutions, data science, engineering, and supporting pre-sales efforts. Shari established the platform and application roadmap and strategy for predictive analytics solutions in areas such as National Security, Supply Chain, and IoT.

Shari Shahidi obtained a Master's Degree in Business Strategies from Tohoku University & Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed another Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linköping University in Sweden from 2003 to 2007. In 2005 and 2006, they also engaged in Graduate Studies at Tohoku University. Additionally, Shari pursued East Asian Studies at Linköping University from 2001 to 2002.
