James Baylouny, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James began their career as a Project Engineer at Uniform Tubes, Inc., where they worked from 1984 to 1994. James then joined Johnson Matthey, Inc. Material Technology Div. as a Sr. Process Engineer from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they worked at Southco, Inc., starting as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1996 to 1997. James then held the role of Manager, Toolroom, CNC, and Prototypes from 1997 to 2007, where they were responsible for daily workloads and priorities in the Toolroom and CNC departments. James then transitioned to the role of Sr. Project Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Baylouny's most recent position was at Transwall, where they held various roles. James started as a Sr. Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer from 2009 to 2010. James then became an Operations Manager from 2010 to 2015, leading the Manufacturing, Materials, Logistics, and Facility Management functions. Finally, they advanced to the position of VP of Operations in 2015, where they oversaw the relationship with sales and sales support functions and ensured key goals in safety, quality, on-time/complete shipping, and productivity were achieved.
James Baylouny, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Temple University. James attended Temple University from 1979 to 1983.
