Joe Berman

Joe Berman has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, with a strong focus on sales and operations. Joe most recently served as the President of Transwall, where they managed multiple departments and owned the corporate P&L. Prior to that, they were the Regional Vice President at Tarkett, leading a sales team and driving national accounts. Before Tarkett, they were the Northern Divisional Sales Manager at Crossville Inc., where they managed sales and staff for the northern US and Canada. Joe also has experience as the Director of Business Development at Office Environments, and as the President of Delaware Valley Designers and Manufacturers. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Manager at iXL, where they sold and led management consulting projects. Overall, Joe Berman has a proven track record of driving sales, managing P&L, and building relationships with clients and manufacturers.

Joe Berman attended The Hill School from 1980 to 1985. In 1985, they enrolled at the University of Virginia and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations in 1989. Later, from 1995 to 1997, Joe pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
