David Langol

David Langol serves as the VP of Asset Services and General Manager at Transwestern since May 2021. Prior to this role, Langol held the position of SVP of Property Management at Marcus Partners from July 2017 to May 2021, where the firm specializes in value-oriented real estate investment and redevelopment. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Asset & Property Management at New Boston Fund, Inc. from 2000 until July 2017, managing significant private-equity capital investments. Langol also worked as VP and Regional Director at CMD Realty Investors, Inc. from 1994 to 2000. Langol earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning with a Real Estate emphasis from Penn State University from 1982 to 1986.
