Jim Achen Jr

Jim Achen Jr. is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in agency leasing, investment sales, and asset repositioning. Currently a Partner and Senior Vice President at Transwestern since 1999, Jim Achen Jr. focuses on the representation of institutional and entrepreneurial landlords, as well as sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities. Prior to this role, Jim Achen Jr. served as Associate Vice President at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services from 1992 to 1999, where responsibilities included agency leasing and investment sales. Jim Achen Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Arizona, obtained between 1986 and 1990, and graduated from Albuquerque Academy in 1986.
