Sherry Johnson

Sherry Johnson is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Transaction Manager at Transwestern since July 2022, overseeing a complex portfolio of properties and supporting lease acquisitions and research. Prior to this role, Sherry worked at Marcus & Millichap Houston as a Project/Transaction Coordinator, facilitating multifamily investments and advisory projects. Previously, Sherry was a Commercial Real Estate Valuations Analyst at JLL, focusing on valuation training for certification as a General Appraiser. Sherry’s career began as the Director of Admission and Recruitment at Rosehill Christian School, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston as well as training from the Appraisal Academy.
