Wally Hunt

Wally Hunt is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing diverse real estate operations. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Transwestern since November 2020, Wally manages approximately 800,000 square feet of office and retail space in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, focusing on building operations, financial administration, and budgeting. Previously, Wally worked as a Real Estate Manager at CBRE, handling Trophy Class and Class A properties and successfully assisting in the disposition of over 3 million square feet of REO property. Earlier experience includes a role as a Portfolio Manager at FirstService Residential, managing over 2,000 units in homeowner and condominium associations, with a strong emphasis on contract negotiation and community engagement. Wally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from James Madison University.
