Walter Byrd

Walter Byrd is currently the Executive Managing Director at Transwestern and has been with the company since January 2007. Prior to this, Walter worked as Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company from October 2004 to December 2006, and as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 1992 to 2004. Mr. Byrd graduated from the University of Florida in 1986 with a BS in Psychology. He, along with partner Ben Esienberg, leads the South Florida Operations for Transwestern and previously led the industrial practice of Trammell Crow's South Florida operations.
