Walter Byrd

Walter Byrd is the Executive Managing Director at Transwestern. Walter has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Transwestern, they were the Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company and the Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. At Trammell Crow, they led the industrial practice of South Florida operations assisting institutional owners and corporate users with their real estate needs.

Walter Byrd received their BS in Psychology from the University of Florida.

Walter Byrd reports to Larry Heard, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Chip Clarke - President, West Region, Tom Lawyer - President, and Jason Moersch - Vice President.
