Marc Lazarus

Marc Lazarus has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc started their career as an Electrical Design Engineer at Con Edison, where they generated electrical construction drawings and worked on site at a nuclear facility. Marc then worked at Frontline Industries Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Manager, where they were involved in all aspects of the mechanical service business. Marc later joined Atlantic Vacuum Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Manager, increasing sales to $1.5M before leaving to start their own company, United Vacuum Pumps Inc. As the owner of United Vacuum Pumps, they grew the company to $6M in sales and 22 employees. Marc also worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at IDL Supply Vacuum Pumps, focusing on marketing and sales of vacuum pumps and helium leak detection. Marc has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Passaic County Community College and as an ASL Instructor at Bergen Community College. Currently, Marc works as a Business Intermediary at Transworld Business Advisors, where they help clients buy/sell existing businesses, conducts mid-market mergers and acquisitions, and provides franchise consulting and development services.

Marc Lazarus attended The City College of New York from 1976 to 1978, focusing on engineering. Marc then went on to study at Binghamton University from 1978 to 1980, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological and Physical Sciences.
