Steve Eschbach

Steve Eschbach has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve currently works as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Caton Commercial Real Estate Group since August 2021. Prior to this, they were the President of Transworld Business Advisors, a global business brokerage and franchise development company, from August 2016.

Since March 2016, Eschbach is also the Principal and Founding Member of Eschbach & Associates, LLC, a financial and communications consulting agency. Steve has extensive experience in investor and media relations, treasury operations, client relationship management, and public speaking.

From April to December 2019, they served as the Managing Director of Asbury Investor Relations (AIR), where they provided strategic communications services to public companies and those considering an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Eschbach also served as a Senior Advisor at Dresner Corporate Services from May to December 2016.

In their earlier career, Eschbach held significant roles in investor relations and communications. Steve was the Vice President of Investor Relations at Integrys Energy Group, Inc. from May 2007 to June 2015, where they played a key role in facilitating successful acquisitions and improving transparency and understanding for shareholders. Before that, they founded Eschbach & Associates, LLC in 2007, achieving profitability in the first year of operation.

Eschbach has also worked as the Director of Investor Relations and Communications at FuelCell Energy from September 2001 to July 2006. Steve played a crucial role in increasing institutional shareholder ownership and successfully participating in the company's equity financing. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Counselor at JohnstonWells Public Relations and as the Vice President of Investor Relations at RMI.NET.

Steve Eschbach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Steve later pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Investment Finance at the University of Hartford, completing their studies from 1981 to 1985. Prior to their university education, Steve obtained their High School Diploma from Brookfield High School in 1976, with a focus on Business College Prep. In addition to their academic achievements, Steve has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Steve became a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute in June 1989. Steve also became a Certified Franchise Consultant from the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) in December 2016, a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certified by the Financial and Professional Regulation, Illinois Department of in March 2020, and most recently, a Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) in May 2022.
