Todd Bailey

Todd Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Todd started their career as the VP at Carlson Products from 1992 to 1998, where they managed production and oversaw a team of direct and indirect reports. Todd then joined Graphics Systems, Inc. as the Manufacturing Manager from 1998 to 2005, taking charge of daily operations and personnel authority for signage and decal production. Todd was later promoted to VP Operations at Graphics Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, where they managed multiple departments and shifts and had P&L accountability. After that, they served as the General Manager at Graphics Systems, Inc. from 2009 to 2013, bringing about improvements in cost, process, and product specifications. In 2013, Todd Bailey ventured into a different field and became President at Transworld Business Advisors of Wichita. Here, they facilitated the sale of businesses, guided potential franchise buyers, and provided consultation services. Additionally, they joined the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) as a Broker Member in 2013, helping potential franchise candidates navigate the buying process.

Todd Bailey received a high school diploma from Bishop Carroll in 1987. Todd then attended Wichita State University from 1987 to 1999, where they obtained a BSME and an MBA in the fields of Engineering and Business. In 2004, Todd enrolled at Newman University and completed a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma in 2005.
