Namrata Malushte has been working in the field of corporate governance and compliance for over two decades. Currently, serving as the Company Secretary and Chief Governance Officer at Avana Logistek Limited, a part of Transworld Group of Companies. Previously, held the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited for a decade. With a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Namrata is dedicated to providing integrated logistics solutions to both domestic and international markets.
