Salman Ahmad

Salman Ahmad is currently serving as Deputy Manager of Business Insight and Data Analytics at Transworld Home since May 2024. Previously, from November 2018 to April 2024, Salman held the position of Manager Planning & Ops Support (ITR) at PTCL. During this tenure, Salman successfully led Project Saturn, facilitating the smooth transition of 896 staff from operations to sales, significantly enhancing sales conversion ratios. Salman also implemented a Copper to FTTH Transformation Plan using Power BI, which improved network expansion efficiency. Additional roles at PTCL included Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, and Assistant Business Manager, where Salman contributed to optimizing reporting accuracy and reducing operational costs. Early career experiences include internships at National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) and PINSTECH, focusing on civil and electrical work and control systems for research reactors. Salman holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Power from the Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences.
