Ghulam Shabbir Bhatti

Ghulam Shabbir Bhatti currently serves as General Manager Engineering at Transworld Associates since July 2022. Previously, from May 1990 to June 2022, Ghulam held multiple key positions at PTCL, including General Manager/Head of Submarine Cables Network, where responsibilities included project planning and monitoring for submarine cables and corporate customer support. As Senior Manager International Transmission/Director Submarine Cables, Ghulam acted as the Maintenance Liaison Officer for Cable Consortiums, overseeing operations and maintenance budgets. Early career roles included Project Manager for Pakistan's first high-capacity submarine cable implementation and Project Engineer for significant transmission links. Ghulam holds an MS in Telecommunication from Indus Institute of Higher Education and a BE in Electronics from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
