Design Technology Administrator at TranSystems

Brian Flowers has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1986 at Ruskin Manufacturing as a Drafter, followed by positions at Milbank | Energy at Work and Polychrome Systems in similar roles. Brian then worked as a Designer at Quincy Design and Manufacturing, where they also administered the network and AS400 environment. At Optimation, Brian configured nesting and CNC part programming software for fabrication processes. Brian later joined Mid-West CAD as a Systems Specialist, where they set up networks and workstations for small to medium-sized businesses and performed application troubleshooting. Brian then worked at Gould Evans as a CAD/Network Manager, primarily managing the CAD environment and leading the configuration of a document management system. Brian later joined DXC Technology as a Service Delivery Consultant, responsible for the configuration and management of ProjectWise servers and license servers worldwide. Currently, Brian is working at TranSystems as a Design Technology Administrator, where they are responsible for the configuration and management of servers and design tools.

Brian Flowers has a diverse education history. Brian attended Truman State University from 1982 to 1984, studying Computer Science. Following this, from 1987 to 1989, they enrolled at Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd where they focused on Engineering. Later, from 1989 to 1992, they attended Johnson County Community College, also studying Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, Brian has obtained certifications such as ITIL Foundation from ACQUIROS, Inc. in July 2016, and Microsoft Small Business Consultant from Microsoft in April 2008.
