Kati Hourihan

Kati Hourihan is a seasoned professional in real estate and property management, currently serving as Project Manager for ROW Acquisitions at TranSystems since March 2023. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at National Land Realty from October 2015 to August 2023, where Kati achieved recognition as a multi-million-dollar producer and received numerous accolades including the RE/MAX 100% Club and top honors from several real estate organizations. Before that, Kati excelled as an Assistant Property Manager at The Hanover Company from October 2011 to August 2015, overseeing the launch and stabilization of luxury apartment communities in Houston, Fort Worth, and Dallas. Earlier experience includes a role as Resident Service Manager at UDR. Kati holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant and Hotel Institution Management from Texas Tech University.
