Susan Benkowski

Susan Benkowski is an accomplished business operations manager with extensive experience in finance, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Business Operations Manager at TranSystems since April 2024, Susan previously held key leadership roles at READY Robotics from June 2017 to August 2023, including Vice President of Finance & Manufacturing and Vice President of Manufacturing, where significant revenue growth and operational enhancements were achieved. Prior to that, Susan served as Director of Supply Chain Management at READY Robotics and Director of Supply Chain at Clear Guide Medical, focusing on optimizing procurement strategies and establishing effective supply chain practices. Earlier experience includes roles at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Agilent Technologies, and Mettler-Toledo International, where Susan led initiatives to improve procurement processes and managed engineering efforts for new product development. Susan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
