Victoria Schober

Victoria Schober started their career in 2003 as a Senior Billing Processor/Analyst at Exhibitgroup Giltspur. Victoria initially worked as a temporary employee in the traffic department before moving on to assist the warehouse manager and eventually becoming a Billing Process Analyst. Their responsibilities included compiling paperwork for detailed billing and communicating with account/project managers and other internal customers.

In 2005, Victoria joined Transceramica as an Accounts Receivable/Credit/Collections Lead. Victoria successfully retrieved over $1.8 million in past due accounts receivable within a three-month period. Victoria also improved customer accounts by assessing purchase and debt history to adjust credit limits.

From 2006 to 2007, Victoria worked as a Salaried Professional (Special Projects) at Robert Half.

In 2007, Victoria took on two roles simultaneously. Victoria worked as a Corporate Accounting Supervisor at Stonepeak Ceramics, where they focused on improving processes and identifying areas for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Victoria also worked as a Billing Specialist/Inventory Controller at Power Packaging, where they were responsible for improving aging in customer accounts and managing orders.

From 2019 to 2021, Victoria worked at Providence Real Estate Development as an Executive Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Lead. Victoria improved the accounts payable process by organizing each subdivision account and processed full cycle accounts payable for overhead and nine subdivisions. Victoria also managed vendor accounts and processed 1099s.

Most recently, in 2022, Victoria joined TranSystems as a Project Accountant.

Victoria Schober's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Capella University. Victoria also holds a Certificate of Accounting from the College of DuPage. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Excel PivotTable Quick Tips from LinkedIn and Foundations of Leadership Certificate 1 and 2 from The National Society of Leadership and Success.
