Ale Licona

Ale Licona has a comprehensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President CFO at Tranter since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Division CFO at ITW Evercoat from August 2021 to March 2023, where they played a crucial role in financial strategy and global financial performance. Additionally, they have held positions at ITW POLYMEX Official site, including Commercial Director from March 2020 to November 2021 and Financial Director from July 2015 to November 2021. At Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, Ale worked as a Professor from February 2013 to January 2016. Ale has also gained experience as an Administrative & Controlling Manager at Saint-Gobain from October 2007 to December 2014, a Junior Controller Latin America at Groupe Renault from May 2006 to October 2007, and a Financial Analyst at Pernod Ricard from September 2003 to May 2006.

Ale Licona completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Global Operations Management, from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, in 2018, Ale attended the Innovation and Value Creation Program at the Yale School of Management, the Innovation and Sustainability Program at UBC Sauder School of Business, and the Finance and Economy Program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2017, Ale participated in the Advanced tools for Global Operations program at the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as completed a Certificate in Transformative leadership at the Center for Ethics at MIT Dalai Center for Ethics and Transformative Values. Prior to this, Ale earned a Master of Corporate Finance from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2004 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and Sales from the same institution in 2002. Furthermore, Ale Licona obtained the certification of Innovation Associate from the Global Innovation Management Institute in November 2018.
