Felipe Silva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Felipe started their career in 2005 as an Assistant at Embratecno Technical Consulting services and Supply Ltd, where they assisted with coordination and programming for the P-53 project.

In 2007, Felipe joined TVC Comércio de Tubos, Válvulas e Conexões LTDA as a Sales representative. Felipe worked there for three years before transitioning to a role at Tranter in 2010. At Tranter, Felipe specialized in after-sales activities, focusing on the maintenance and sales of plate heat exchangers for various industries.

In 2011, Felipe moved to Castrol, where they worked as a Technical Services specialist, providing support to the technical services and chemical management departments. Felipe was responsible for managing global product platforms and providing technical documentation support to customer care and sales teams.

In 2013, Felipe joined ODC Ambievo S/A, where they initially worked as an Application Engineer, responsible for selecting the appropriate Ambievo degreaser products for customer applications and conducting practical tests. Later in the same year, they transitioned to the Sales and Business Development team, focusing on acquiring new customers and providing commercial support to key accounts.

In 2015, Felipe became a Part Owner at Boyle Performance Sustentável, a company that offers innovative and sustainable solutions for the industry. Felipe played a key role in developing and promoting the Ambievo line of biodegradable degreasers.

Most recently, Felipe returned to Tranter in 2019 as an After Sales Manager for Tranter - BR, SA, and WA. Felipe is responsible for managing post-sales activities in these regions.

Felipe Silva pursued their education in a chronological manner. Felipe first attended the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a focus on Materials Engineering. Following a few years in the field, they then enrolled in MBA USP/Esalq from 2021 to 2023 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Gestão de Vendas (Sales Management).
