Karl Abdallah

Karl Abdallah, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Bachelor Thesis Student at IAC Group. In this role, they gained valuable experience in their field of study. In 2017, they joined SCA, a leading global hygiene and forest industry company, where they worked as a Master Thesis Student and later as a Transport Planner.

In 2017, Abdallah joined Tranter, where they held several positions over the years. Karl started as an Order Administrator, where they excelled in providing excellent customer service and collaborated closely with various departments. Karl then progressed to the role of Production Planner, where they focused on establishing production plans and managing inventory.

Abdallah's career at Tranter further evolved when they became a Project Leader. In this role, they successfully led continuous improvement projects in the shop floor and implemented web-based platform tools. Karl was responsible for guiding team members, setting goals, and utilizing analytical skills to drive organizational transformation.

Karl'scontributions and expertise were recognized, leading to their promotion to Project Manager. In this capacity, Abdallah was in charge of implementing a new ERP system in Europe. Karl effectively managed the project, set deadlines, assigned responsibilities, and made recommendations to meet organizational needs.

Currently, Abdallah holds the position of Global Project Manager - IT at Tranter. Karl'sprimary focus is on implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning system across the organization. Karl leads and manages global IT projects, ensures uniform communication and methodology, and regularly monitors progress and budgets.

Karl Abdallah, PMP, holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Chalmers University of Technology, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at University West from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Karl Abdallah has obtained various certifications. Karl is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in January 2023. Furthermore, they are a Six Sigma Black Belt certified by Chalmers tekniska högskola, obtained in June 2019.
