Quinn Kearney has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Harris Road Company in 2001, operating various Caterpillar construction equipment for infrastructure projects. In 2003, they transitioned to Walmart, where they held the position of Manager until 2012. Their responsibilities included customer assistance, store management collaboration, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Since 2012, Quinn Kearney has been employed at Tranter. They began as a Field Service Lead, providing high-quality service to customers by resolving production loss and downtime related to heat exchanger applications. Their duties included repairing heat exchanger plates, replacing gaskets, and installing/removing plates and components. They were then promoted to Field Service Technician - Senior (Lead) in 2018, where they continued to excel in their role. In 2022, they transitioned to the position of Parts & Service Regional Sales Manager-North.

Throughout their career, Quinn Kearney has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a focus on safety and efficiency. They have gained customer satisfaction and contributed to business growth for Tranter through their exceptional service.

Quinn Kearney attended Austin Community College from 2004 to 2009, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, Quinn earned a high school diploma from New Braunfels High School. In addition to their education, Quinn has obtained several certifications including Forklift certification from A&B Crane in December 2019, Hazwoper Level 1 certification from Alliance Safety Council in October 2019, Basic Safety Plus certification from Houston Area Safety Council in May 2019, Rig Pass certification from Falck Safety Services (US) in June 2017, OSHA 30 HR General certification from Houston Area Safety Council in September 2014, OSHA 10 HR General certification from Houston Area Safety Council in August 2013, HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) certification from Occupational Safety Training in July 2012, and TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) from TSA in August 2017.
