Shishir Raj has been serving as the Customer Delight Head at TranZact since May 2019, overseeing customer support initiatives aimed at facilitating smooth navigation and prompt assistance on the TranZact platform. Shishir has effectively managed live support chat, ensuring quick responses to customer queries and aiming for resolution within 30 minutes. Previous responsibilities included driving new customer acquisition through diverse lead generation strategies such as cold calling and email outreach, particularly targeting SME owners to address their challenges using TranZact. Prior to TranZact, Shishir worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Gloriosum IT Solution from August 2017 to October 2018. Shishir holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, completed between 2011 and 2014.
