Peter Wessling

Peter Wessling has a diverse background in the real estate industry. Peter started their career in 2003 at Transportation Property Company, where they focused on real estate acquisition and sales. In 2005, they joined Tranzon Asset Strategies as the VP of Real Estate Sales and Auction Services, specializing in auction sales for various clients. In 2012, they became a board member and past president of the Turnaround Management Association. Peter returned to Transportation Property Company in 2018 as the Managing Director for Corporate Real Estate, where they represent clients in all aspects of real estate transactions. Throughout their career, Peter has gained expertise in commercial/industrial and corporate services and has a track record of providing quality and efficient services to their clients.

Peter Wessling attended Colorado State University from 1998 to 2003, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2003, Peter Wessling participated in a Semester at Sea program at the University of Pittsburgh. In 2008, they attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering, where they earned a degree in Auctioneer Marketing and focused on Accelerated Marketing and Bid Calling.
